She is especially valuable in the early stages of dementia: she brings structure to the day, helps with small things that are easily forgotten, and provides company during quiet moments.

Annie is simple to use. The tablet with the Zuster Annie app can be placed at home with the person who could use some extra support. The app uses conversational AI, allowing people to chat with her naturally.

Care professionals can set Annie’s behaviour through the web portal, including personal reminders, hobbies, and daily routines of the client. Through cheerful conversations, Zuster Annie then calls the client and shares the information they need at that moment.

Developed together with Buurtzorg, she is designed to match the daily reality of care work. In this way, she supports both older adults and care teams in a pleasant and manageable routine.
